Refund policy

All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and include the original item, unworn, unwashed, in new condition with tags still attached. If items appear worn, washed, or have any stains, including makeup, deodorant or pet hair,  a refund will not be issued.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, NO exceptions:

Intimates, Bodysuits, Masks, Accessories, Jewelry and Swim.

 Please include your packing slip with return.

You are responsible for return shipping at this time.

Once we have received your return we will issue store credit in the form of a digital store gift card. You can then use it to choose your exchange item.

In the event that you receive a damaged item, it must be reported to us within three days of delivery to torinamarie@gmail.com and we will be happy to replace as inventory allows!
